VBFA provided electrical engineering and lighting design services for this tenant improvement space in a downtown Salt Lake City office building. The project consists of offices, breakrooms, training rooms, and supporting spaces. VBFA’s electrical team provided electrical circuiting and power for general office outlets and HVAC equipment; interior lighting design, circuiting and control; energy compliance documentation; emergency lighting design, circuiting, and control; fire alarm design to code; sound masking design; and communications and A/V design to include raceways and boxes.
