The Alta High School renovation project has transformed the existing educational facility into a modern, sustainable, and innovative learning environment. This extensive renovation focused on enhancing the functionality, aesthetics, and energy efficiency of the school while providing an engaging and inspiring atmosphere for students, teachers, and the local community.

The project included the addition of a new performing arts building as well as a new indoor practice facility with artificial turf. The remodel involved a comprehensive redesign of its interior spaces. This included updated classrooms, laboratories, and collaborative learning areas that support modern teaching methods and promote active student engagement. The interior spaces have been reconfigured to facilitate flexible and adaptable learning environments that can evolve with changing educational needs.

The renovation project aimed to improve accessibility throughout the school by addressing ADA compliance issues and providing universal design elements. This ensures that all students, staff, and visitors have equal access to the school’s facilities, promoting an inclusive educational environment.

Alta High School’s renovation included a range of energy efficiency upgrades, such as improved insulation, energy-efficient lighting systems, upgraded HVAC system, and high-performance windows.
