About Ryan
Ryan Mears started his career 2018 and became a Mechanical Engineer with VBFA in 2021. He loves engineering because it’s always changing and challenging, allowing him to learn and grow in a field he’s passionate about. During his career, Ryan has been actively involved with Utah ASHRAE, serving as the student activities chair for two years and founding the Utah State University ASHRAE Student Branch. At VBFA, he’s part of the sustainability committee and earned his PE license in May 2024. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys renovating his home and staying active with basketball, golf, weightlifting, and hiking.
