VBFA provided the mechanical engineering services for this multi-phase, high-end condominium project. Buildings 10 and 11, Lobby, Mechanical Room and Parking Structure were completed in 2005. Building 19 is currently under construction with estimated completion later this year. The facility is eleven stories and, in addition to living spaces, includes restaurants, exercise rooms and conference rooms. Buildings 10 and 19 have retail stores around their perimeter. The parking structure, below the buildings, has a Plaza on top of it. The Plaza has a full-size outdoor swimming pool / indoor pool divided by a roll-down door. The Plaza is dotted with small spas and hot tubs as well as a pool house.
