VBFA provided the mechanical / plumbing design for the Behavior Modification Department at St. Lukes Medical Facility. The new department required extensive upgrades in order to be licensed as a behavior modification treatment facility. These upgrades included a complete new HVAC air delivery system to replace the existing plenum return system. The new HVAC systems were driven by (2) new packaged rooftop air handlers. The new air handlers were connected into the building's existing hot and chilled water systems.
