VBFA provided the mechanical and plumbing engineering for this project. This LEED Certified project is owned by the Salt Lake City Corporation. The design reused an existing warehouse for its main Terminal Building. The design incorporated sustainable size components, utilizing local/regional materials, ozone friendly refrigerant, water conservation and increased comfort controls for individual occupants.
