The Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center project included construction of a new 500-seat auditorium with a "Broadway" stage. VBFA provided the mechanical design portion of the project, which included rehearsal rooms, ticket offices, lobbies, concession areas, and dressing areas. The Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center has special acoustical requirements that were a critical issue in the design. The facility has hot water boilers, an air cooled chiller, VAV air handling system for the ancillary areas and a constant volume for the theater.
