Van Boerum & Frank Associates, Inc. has been fortunate to have designed several noteworthy parking structures that required more than just a place to park. Fire sprinkler piping has been designed to be unobtrusive. Ventilation systems have been designed for the safety of the occupants. Some structures have required special stair heating and exposed stair heating systems. Altogether, these attributes set VBFA apart as the designer of unique and innovative mechanical systems for parking structures.
