Project includes the complete renovation of this 59-year old historical facility. The civil engineering included upgrades to the site infrastructure. An on-site water storage tank was provided for the high-rise fire protection system. The twelve-story government office building's mechanical system retrofit includes a VAV reheat system with perimeter hot water radiant panels to provide optimum comfort. Building systems include a smoke control system, humidity control system for the archive storage and computer room for Ogden City's database and communication center.
