The Lake Park Corporate Centre is the transformation of a forgotten piece of grazing land into a scenic corporate environment. Within the 640 acres of Lake Park, the ten office pads are surrounded by 27 holes of championship golf, 60 acres of open water, and 30 acres of wetlands. VBFA engineered the moving of 1.2 cubic yards of earth, construction of more than six miles of water, sewer and storm drain piping, installation of five highway bridges and more than thirteen acres of asphalt roadway.
