The Canyons Grand Summit Hotel Resort is a 10-story, five star, full service hotel located at the Canyons Ski and Summer Resort in Park City, Utah. This 455,100 square-foot, $60 million structure features 360 guest rooms/ penthouses and the hotel's lobby is a three-story atrium with a large rock fireplace. Mechanical systems of the building include special smoke control systems, variable and constant air volume systems, and primary/secondary heating and chilled water systems. Other features of the hotel include laundry facilities, staff service area, heated pool, three hot tubs, a ski bar with heated deck, retail shop area, snowmelt systems in driveway and walkways, ballrooms, restaurant and kitchen, fitness/spa areas, and 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and a grand ballroom.
