VBFA was responsible for the civil and mechanical design for this 47,000 square foot state-of-the-art library at Westminster College. Inside the building, the mechanical systems designed by VBFA utilized modern DDC controls and energy efficient measures to properly control the many different environments located in the library. These environments include the Special Collections Area, computer rooms, computer centers, book storage, study areas, etc.
