This $2.6 million renovation project included the total renovation of this historical facility. VBFA provided the mechanical programming and design for the project, which includes a new performance hall, and additional practice and recital rooms. It was crucial for this renovation that the architectural aesthetics of the facility be maintained. Special attention was given to climate control, not only to effectively conduct the academic mission of the University, but to protect the enormous investment in musical instruments housed in this building.
