VBFA provided the mechanical and plumbing engineering for this $21.6 million expansion. The project added 400 beds, four dormitory housing units, a women's housing unit and general population housing units, new laundry facility, group holding and booking areas as well as a new kitchen — all to interface with the existing 200-bed jail.
