VBFA provided the mechanical design of this housing project in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The project is a high-end condominium project, the building consisting of 20 units. The condominiums consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The mechanical system uses 4-pipe fan coils that provide the heating and cooling to the individual units. There are gas-fired boilers and a water cooled chiller in the basement. The parking is a tally enclosed parking garage below the condominiums. The parking garage is heated and also ventilated, as required by code.
